Best Western Plus Cambridge Hotel

The shower pressure was fantastic.

Some odd smells suggesting need for a deep cleaning.

pop machine on our floor was nearly empty- no diet pop . door keys worked poorly-one not at all and one, had to slide it in and out 3 or 4 times till it worked.

Appreciated the location close to great restaurants. The breakfast was enjoyable, such variety, with bacon and oatmeal, for example. The service was good with a friendly check-in.

The pool and hot tub were very clean.

The room was very comfortable, attractive, and spotlessly clean. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. A hot breakfast was included in the price of the room.

On the day we were there, one of the elevators was not working, but they were doing their best to get it repaired as quickly as possible. Also they apologized because they ran out of breakfast sausages by 8 am due to a problem with a supplier. These were minor inconveniences that I am sure would not affect a future stay.

We enjoyed our stay here as it suited our purpose of antiquing at the 30,000 sq ft Southworks (an old factory) nice to see it was not destroyed for Condos as well as the great mall to shop and the great retro store! The location of the Hotel is good as it is close to all the great plazas and close to the highway. Lovely breakfast as well

Room cleanliness could be improved, especially regarding the air filters in the fan!!! The TV was too small, lacking any modern streaming options!!! Fitness facility felt cramped during peak hours!!!

The place was fairly clean and wonderful, had pretty friendly stuff from the cleaning maids to management. Updated room, that also was well-stocked with many pillows.

Breakfast offered great options, although the shower could use some attention. A good experience .

The two queen room was a bit cramped for four adults, leaving little space for movement. The bathroom was particularly small, prompting me to get ready in another room. Despite these issues, the beds were comfortable and the complimentary breakfast offered a solid variety of options including waffles and eggs. The shower pressure left much to be desired, and the room could use better lighting. The stay met our needs sufficiently for the occasion.

we did not know at the time but it was a smoking hotel. This was not indicated on Booked.net at the time of booking otherwise we wouild have choosen another hotel.

Lovely hot buffet breakfast included in room price.

Highway out front was a challenge. One elevator working only, but not greatly prohibitive to a great vacation.

Room was quite clean and well-equipped for my overnight stay. The noise from the hallway was a bit distracting at times, hard to sleep. I appreciated the friendly staff and good location.

My stay was nice in town for my brother's wedding. Booked a king room with 5 machines. This accommodation had a central setting close to major shopping area. What's more, it was short walk to construction zone, shops and Cambridge.

Some of the staff were very rude.
